For those of you who love our steak tacos, here is the recipe. We recently updated our menu’s and this one no longer made the cut. It is still a phenomenal dish but we wanted to keep the menu fresh with new items. We are sharing the recipe with you so you can continue to enjoy!
- Pickled Onions
- Cubed Filet Mignon (Tenderloin)
- Banana Peppers
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Bleu Cheese
- Tortilla Shells
1. Place 5-8 oz (depends on how much you want) of cubed tenderloin and 4oz of banana peppers into a skillet, lightly cover with melted butter and season with Montréal steak. Sear on each side for 3 minutes per side for a nice medium.
2. Get a plate and 2 tortillas. Warm the tortillas in microwave or in a separate skillet until soft.
3. Please half of the pile of steak into each taco, and on top place Blue Cheese, and Pickled Onions.
